Gameplay

1. What data do we collect?
Hawk Dash is an offline-first game. We do not actively collect, store, or share any personal information. Game progress and settings are saved only in your device's local storage. Game Center data (scores, achievements) is managed entirely by Apple.
2. Game Center
The game integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. All Game Center data is handled by Apple's servers according to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your Game Center account details.
3. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We never receive your credit card number, billing address, or other payment information. Purchase receipts are validated by Apple's servers.
4. Third-Party Services
This app does not use any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or data-sharing services.
5. Children's Privacy
Hawk Dash is rated 4+ and collects no personal information, making it suitable for all ages. We comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code.
